Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All freezer and shelf-life bait is shipped using our chosen courier. We occasionally use Royal Mail for smaller items such as popups or dips. All orders of £40 and over shall qualify for free shipping.

We also offer a free local delivery and collection service within the Bexhill and Hastings area with no minimum spend requirements, please send us an email or message for further information.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Bait?

All orders are usually despatched within 24hrs however, during busy periods please allow 2-3 working days. In the unlikely occurrence we do not hold your preferred bait in stock, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be despatched. You will be advised if this is the case. 

All bait orders are shipped using our trusted service ensuring your bait is as fresh as possible. Occasionally we will use a Royal Mail service that can take up to 3 days for items such as popups or dips ordered separately.

Can I get my bait delivered to my place of work?

Yes, bait can delivered to both residential and commercial addresses, but please make sure if you are not available that someone is there to take the package. If you choose to have the order “left in a safeplace”, please note: Any theft, loss or damage to your goods or parcel resulting from this arrangement will not be replaced, refunded or credited.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept product returns.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied, they are faulty or they are not as we described on our website, please contact us immediately: info@originbaits.com

If when you receive your parcel(s) you notice that there is any evidence of damage to the outside packaging, please ask the courier to witness you opening the parcel to enable you to sign the delivery note as ‘goods damaged’
